• Health information (appointment reason)
• Appointment and payment information

Purposes of Processing:

Your personal data are processed for the purposes of providing health appointment services, facilitating doctor-patient communication, processing payments, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Legal Basis:

Your personal data are processed based on Article 5/2-c of KVKK, which allows processing when it is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract. No explicit consent is required.

Data Transfer:

Your personal data are stored on servers located within Türkiye and are not transferred abroad or shared with third parties.

Data Subject Rights:

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to request information regarding the processing, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
